Cute Date Ideas problem solved with 300 Creative Dates Review

March 1st, 2011 No comments

Hey, Chris here and you’re reading my uncensored review of what I really thought about  “300 Creative Dates” by the Oprah expert Michael Webb.  Note that this is a review though, if you’re looking for “300 Creative Dates” website then click here.

Why am I writing this? Well, when I was trying to think of cute date ideas and thinking about buying “300 Creative Dates”, there weren’t many real reviews around so I thought I’d write one quickly to help any of you who are in the same position I was.

But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

300 Creative Dates Book Review – Is it worth it?

When you go on the first few dates with someone you really need to make a very good first impression.  And you’ll have to agree that fun, creative and unique and cute date ideas really will impress your date. But what if you’ve been together for a long time? Date night can really spark a relationship, but coming up with cute date ideas can be so hard!

So does Michael Webb’s 300 Creative Dates book deliver on its promise as having creative, unique, fun and cute date ideas?

Yes and no. Let me explain.

There three hundred ideas in the book but obviously you might not be interested in every single one of them.  Many of the ideas he gives are very unique, but others are  really only reminders of places and things that you already know about but have totally forgotten.  Some of the you may have never realized were such great places for a date.

The good part is the, “I would never have thought of that!” ideas DO outweigh the date idea refreshers.

Michael Webb’s book also has humor that will make you laugh and hopefully inspire you as well.

Another great thing in the book is “dating coupons” that you can give away to your partner and then they can redeem them later.

Is this the perfect dating book?

It is a great book but not perfect.  I found it hard to read more than 40 or 50 ideas in a sitting.  The descriptions are really long.  So I found it best to pick one I liked and go for it. However, pages 94-95 do have a nice list of bullets with go on a date now ideas all ready for you. If you’re in the need of a date idea fast, then you’ll love these pages. All in all, this is still a super book that everyone should read!

Cute Date Ideas

February 25th, 2011 No comments

Sometimes coming up with cute date ideas can be so hard. It seems “dinner and a movie” is all we can think of. We all want to impress our date and come up with something really cool and fun, but we don’t want it to cost a fortune either!

A good and fun date idea can determine whether or not you get a second date. So you really need to work hard and come up with the best ideas you can. Or, if you have been dating someone for a while it is easy to get in the same routine and doing the same thing date after date. Make it exciting and think of some good ideas for a date.

Where do you start? First off, look around as you go about your day. Try to watch out for things that are happening around you and places you are going that may make a perfect date. Also, check out the local newspapers and flyers posted around that may give you an idea. So many times we just pass over the things that are closest to us.

Fun and Creative Date Ideas

First impressions mean everything, especially if you are going on a first date with someone. Sometimes coming up with really fun and creative date ideas can be challenging. The problem with traditional places you can take a date is they will not have something to remember. If you give them great memories, the chance of getting a second date is almost a given.

So how do you come up with some really cute date ideas? Start by being observant as you drive around. Look for places that seem interesting. Sometimes the greatest places are right around the corner. Maybe there is a park or lake close to your house that you can take a date. But be creative. Let’s say you decide to go to a park. Don’t just go to the park! Pack a picnic lunch or dinner with drinks. Play with your date at the kids playground. You get the idea.

Another great way to come up with ideas is to check your local newspaper or local city websites. Almost every city has a site that lists upcoming events. It can be anything from a local fair to an art expo. Keep your dates interests in mind as you are trying to plan a fun date. If your date is into sports, you may come across a book signing for one of his favorite players at a local bookstore.

It is important to always be on the lookout and don’t discount any possible place or event without giving a little thought. Sometimes the craziest idea is the best one.
So give your date something to remember you by. It is so much easier to talk and get to know a person when you are having fun than sitting at dinner staring at each other. You really can’t get to know a person at a movie anyway can you?

Take your time and be on the lookout and you will get some great ideas.
